Prostart™ Remote Control Car Starters and security
systems offer you safety, comfort and convenience—at your fingertips!
With a remote range up to 500', you can start your car with the
Prostart™ Remote Control Car Starter from the comfort of your
own home. And, the starter control is pager ready (accessories required).
• Worry-free start-up. The Prostart™
remote control car starter will start up your car, but doors and
steering wheel remain locked. A built-in security switch means you
still need your key to drive your car.
• Automatic
cold weather start. You may never experience a dead battery
again. The Prostart™ remote control car starter can be programmed
to start your car periodically in cold weather. Programmable run
times are 5, 15 or 25 minutes.
• Unlock your doors
and release your trunk. For convenience and added safety, the
Prostart™ remote control car starter includes an override feature.
If your vehicle's system was installed with remote door locks and
a trunk release option, you can program the starter with the Remote
Door Lock Kit (34-0687-6)™ to unlock and lock your doors and
open your trunk.
• Program your own transmitter
codes. The Prostart™ remote control car starter can learn
up to 4 remote transmitter codes. Program your own unique codes
for security and convenience.
• Customize your
vehicle for security and convenience. Protect yourself and your
car with the Prostart™ Starter Kit (34-0688-4)*. For added
convenience, Prostart™ offers such upgrades as the Remote Door
Lock Kit (34-0687-6)*.
• Use with automatic and standard transmissions,
fuel injected or diesel engines. Prostart™ remote control
car starters are compatible with all types of engines. And, due
to advanced microprocessor technology, Prostart™ now offers
a model compatible with standard transmissions (34-0681-8)** Accessories are extra and require further installation.
